About the event

The ceremony of the 5th Agribusiness Winners Prize: Troféu Três Porteiras marked this Wednesday (30th) edition of Tá na Mesa, at the International Restaurant of the Parque de Exposições Assis Brasil. Aimed at valuing agribusiness, the award honored nine projects that stood out for their efficiency, quality and modernization of processes related to rural work.

For Federasul, which promotes the award, it is essential that good examples are shared so that they serve as a reference for other entrepreneurs. “The field is undoubtedly worthy of mention. I can't imagine how to undertake in a market full of uncertainties depending directly on nature. I'm sure this is for the brave and for a few, ”said the entity's president, Simone Leite.

This year, 18 cases were registered, evaluated under criteria such as creativity and innovation, business strategy, marketing tool and final results. Six winners received the Três Porteiras trophy, created by artist Angela Pettini, and three special highlights were honored (list below). In addition to the winning companies, the Trade and Industrial Associations that house the awarded groups were also highlighted.

“The importance of an award like this is gratifying and stimulates and encourages research on inputs that collaborate with the development of the field”, assured the CEO of Simbiose Indústria e Comércio de Fertilizantes e Microbiológicos Inputs LTDA, winner in the Input Industry Category, Marcelo Godoy Oliveira.

The chairman of the Board of Directors of Dália Alimentos, Gilberto Antônio Piccinini, stressed that “such recognition shows that we have an obligation to evolve and improve technologies to combat health problems in favor of the extreme quality of our products”.

Taking advantage of the moment of fraternization, Federasul paid tribute to Expointer for its importance and magnitude when working with the rural sector. “This fair highlights the role of Rio Grande do Sul vis-à-vis Latin America and Brazil. It is undoubtedly the example of how well the partnership between public power and the private sector works ”, reinforced Simone in a distinction received by the Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, Ernani Polo, representing the State government.

On the occasion, the president also showed interest in participating more actively in the fair next year. “We will spare no effort so that in 2018, Federasul will be present with its own home at Expointer”, he defended.
